One of our most popular amenities is our 34-acre private beach park. Residents and their guests enjoy a leisurely 10-minute boat ride over to our park. Complimentary umbrellas and chairs are provided. Food and libations are available for purchase.

Our residents just love our two canoe/kayak parks. There is no additional fee to sign out one of these vessels. Encouraging enjoyment of our beautiful creeks, bays and estuaries, we have both group and individual tours venturing out to explore and experience Florida nature, to fish or just get some sun and exercise.

Sailing is also offered at Pelican Landing/Colony. Our Sailing Club gives lessons and hold bi-monthly sailing races. The sunfish sailboats are offered at no additional charge.
